What Limontage collects, why, and what we never do with it.
Who we are
Limontage is an SEO, website and performance marketing company based in Bangalore, India. This policy covers limontage.com and the tools we use to manage marketing accounts on behalf of our clients. Questions about it go to the email address in the footer of this page.
What this website collects
When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number and message, and use them only to reply to you. Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. This site does not use advertising cookies or sell visitor data.
Google account data we access for clients
To run a client's marketing we connect to Google services (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console and Merchant Center) through Google's OAuth sign-in. We only access accounts that a client has explicitly granted us access to. We use that data only to set up, manage, measure and report on that client's own campaigns, websites and product listings.
Limited Use
Limontage's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising to anyone, do not use it to train general AI models, and do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service to that client or as required by law. People at Limontage read client data only to do the client's work, with the client's permission, for security, or where the law requires it.
Storage and security
OAuth tokens and credentials are stored encrypted on access-controlled machines and are never shared. Reports and exports are kept only as long as the client engagement needs them. A client can remove our access at any time from each Google product's user settings. We delete stored data for that client within 30 days of a written request or the end of the engagement.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to the email address below. We respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date below.
