Dizzy Duck
A Bengaluru activewear brand with genuine creator traction, almost all of it rented from a single social platform.

The business
- Bengaluru-based activewear brand with an attached yoga studio community
- Retailed through its own Shopify store, Myntra and Zivame
- The brand has since closed. This case study is published as past work.
This brand has since closed. The work is published here as past work, not as an active engagement.
The problem
Dizzy Duck had done the hard part, building a product people post about unprompted and earning real creator advocacy. But demand lived entirely inside one social platform. Nothing was being captured into a channel the brand owned, which makes every month start from zero.
What we found
Search demand for the category and for the brand name itself was being met by marketplaces and resellers rather than by the brand. The interest existed; the brand simply was not there to receive it.
What we shipped
We began building the owned side: search visibility for the brand's own name and category terms, and paid structure that captures the intent creator content generates rather than letting it dissipate.

What we would do next. DizzyDuck has since closed. We are publishing this as past work rather than quietly removing it: the engagement was real, and a portfolio that only shows survivors is not an honest one.
