Ovion Lifestyle
Two and a half decades of leather sourcing and four flagship stores, represented by a website that read like a brochure from a decade ago.

The business
- Flagship store at Upper Palace Orchards, Sadashiva Nagar, Bengaluru
- A team of 200+ across design, carpentry, upholstery and finishing
- Three lines: residential, corporate/hospitality, and automotive interiors
The problem
Ovion's advantage is physical and verifiable: direct relationships with Italian tanneries, four stores people can walk into, twenty-five years of trade. None of that was doing any work online. The site did not distinguish between the hide business, the furniture business and the automotive upholstery line, so search had no idea what the company was.
What we found
Three distinct businesses were sharing one flat set of pages and competing with each other for the same terms. Store locations had no dedicated pages at all, which meant no local visibility for four physical showrooms.
What we shipped
We separated the three lines into their own architecture, gave each showroom a real location page with proper local markup, and rebuilt the leather-sourcing story into content that states plainly what the tannery relationships are and why they matter to a buyer.

What we would do next. Local visibility work is underway across the four showrooms. Full performance figures will be published once a full measurement period has closed.
